Taven is an Investment Analyst at Stablewood with over 2 years of acquisitions experience and has been with the team since 2024. He is involved with sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities within the firm’s net lease retail portfolio. Prior to to joining, Taven was a summer analyst at Bridge Investment Group supporting west coast multifamily acquisitions, and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University – Idaho, where he founded the University’s Real Estate Association, and was President of the Investment Banking Association.
