Previously, Sachin spent 18 years at Lionstone Investments, where he managed and advised on over $12 billion in investments across various U.S. markets. His expertise spans joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and investment management, with a focus on core, value-add, and ground-up development projects. At Lionstone, Sachin held key roles, including Portfolio Manager and Head of Investment Risk, where he led the Risk Review and Underwriting Committees. He holds extensive experience in managing relationships with institutional investors, joint-venture partners, and brokers in high-growth markets.
