Mike is Head of Stablewood Finance. In that role, he executes the firm’s Net Lease Lending and Net Lease Development strategies. Mike has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, helping companies and high-net-worth families grow their real estate development and investment platforms.

Prior to Stablewood, he was a senior vice president at Hutton, developing single-tenant net lease projects, and a senior vice president at United Properties, developing retail and senior housing projects. Previously, Mike was president of MVG Development (now Confluent) responsible for the strategy and execution of all real estate development and invests for the company. He played a critical role in managing the real estate and constructions team responsible for the multi-unit, programmatic roll outs for clients.

Mike received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law and a degree in business administration from Menlo College in Atherton, California. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and a licensed Colorado Real Estate broker.
