A former professional volleyball player, she brings the same drive and discipline to her work in real estate. With a background as a retail space planner and business development manager, Kaitlyn began her real estate journey by investing in multifamily properties, where her early success fueled a deep passion for private LP investments.

Since joining Stablewood nearly four years ago, she’s advanced from Investment Manager to Director of Capital Markets, playing a key role in growing the firm’s portfolio and fostering relationships that drive sustainable growth. Outside of work, Kaitlyn is an advocate for healthy living and is proud to be a hands-on mom to two little ones under two.
