Juan has over 7 years in real estate development and investment. Prior to joining Stablewood, he was an Acquisition Analyst and Asset Manager for Woolbright Development specializing in retail assets. During his tenure at Woolbright, Juan was responsible for underwriting, acquiring, managing, and disposing value-add properties. Before that, he was a Sr. Financial Officer for Blue Jay Capital where he worked in pre-development planning, investor relations, property management, and sales execution. Juan holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business and a BSBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami.
