Brooke has over 7 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in real estate investment and asset management. Prior to joining Stablewood, she was the Senior Analyst of Accounting and Financial Reporting at American Campus Communities, a publicly traded student housing real estate investment trust, that was acquired by Blackstone in 2022. She began her career in PwC’s assurance practice in Austin, specializing in the financial services sector. Brooke is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
