Alicia is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with over 20 years of experience. As the Director of STNL Retail Development at Stablewood, she leads the net lease development initiatives collaborating with developers and tenants to provide strategic solutions for the rollout of the stores. Previously, Alicia held senior real estate positions at Christy Sports, United Properties, Confluent, and 7-Eleven, where she was responsible for overseeing retail investment and development activities. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Wright State University and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assisting from Sinclair Community College.
