Toby has over five years of experience in real estate asset management. He joined Stablewood in 2026 and focuses on asset management across the firm’s retail portfolio, executing business plans and creating efficiencies at the asset level. Prior to joining, Tobin was a Senior Asset Management Analyst at First National Realty Partners, where he helped manage a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers along the Northeast corridor. He previously held an analyst role at Federal Realty Investment Trust and began his career in construction cost management. Tobin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
