Will Burns focuses on acquisitions at Stablewood, where he is involved in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities within the firm’s unanchored strip retail portfolio. Will has over six years of commercial real estate experience spanning investments, underwriting, development, and asset management across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Stablewood, he was involved in retail and affordable housing development projects across Central Texas with REOC Partners and CTX Capital Partners, and previously focused on industrial acquisitions and investment analysis with Frontera Capital Partners. Will holds a Master of Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
